Heya, I'm Catberry, and I'm the creator of Aetherbound..

Behind the Scenes~

A lot of work has been put into this series, between art and voices, to the music..

"We see. We guide. We govern."

"This tale takes place 468 years after a disastrous apocalyptic catastrophe. A girl in the slums longs to see the surface world for herself, despite multiple others telling her over and over that the surface is no more, a now desolate place after the apocalypse years ago. She travels through the city to the center, finding new unlikely friends along the way."Aetherbound: Echelon is inspired heavily by steampunk, with a taste of cyberpunk in the cracks. It takes place in an underground city, where power and fame rules and dictate, and finding people who'd fight back is as easy as finding a pin in a haystack. This story follows a young lassie named Vera, who longs to see the surface, to prove to everyone that it isn't dead like they think, but to also find her father, who left many years ago to prove the exact same thing.

Heya, I'm Catberry, and I'm the creator of Aetherbound:Echelon! My journey originally started with trying to make a fan series about Ninjago (one of my favorite shows) and their "descendants". 'Course, that didn't work out very well in the end. That leads me to this series you'll be watching the progress of.
Aetherbound.
I really love steampunk/cyberpunk and post apocalyptic worlds, and as you look through the series, you'll see that I was inspired a lot by games and series like Fallout, STRAY, and other worlds of the same feel. I'm excited to share this all with you, it couldn't have been done without my team's support.

Behind the Scenes

A lot of work as been put into this series, between art and voices, to music and sound design. Everyone on the Aetherbound team has and is continuing to put in so much work, and I can't thank them enough for working by my side in this project.

Most of the concept art you'll see here has been done by me, especially in the beginning. It was a lot of work, but fun. For the most part, I had the main character's designs in my head already.

Octavious here has been one of my favorite character's so far, both to draw and to hear come to life! Voice actors really are the glue that holds a character together, and I thank my VAs so much for being able to bring them to life.
